Fisher Property Group is a fully integrated, privately held real estate operating company that is focused on delivering superior risk-adjusted investor returns through the development, redevelopment, repositioning, acquisition, ownership, and asset management of premium-branded upscale extended-stay, premium select service, and full-service hotels in the top 25 to 50 MSAs and major coastal markets in the United States.  Prior to the formation of Fisher Property Group, the Company’s principals served as the executive management team of Innkeepers USA Trust (“Innkeepers") a publicly traded hotel real estate investment trust (NYSE: KPA) that became the 17th largest hotel company worldwide (National Real Estate Investor, July 2007) prior to its sale to an institutional private equity fund in June 2007. 

Mr. Jeffrey H. Fisher formed Innkeepers in 1994 though an IPO and grew the organization from seven hotels to a portfolio of 73 owned & operating hotes that included Residence Inn by Marriott, Hampton Inn by Hilton, Summerfield Suites by Hyatt, and Courtyard by Marriott. Mr. Fisher formed Fisher Property Group along with its management affiliate Island Hospitality Management Inc. to build upon his highly successful and distinguished track record in the lodging industry. 

Fisher Property Group and Island Hospitality Management’s executive management teams are highly regarded and collectively have over 100 years of hotel and real estate experience dating back to 1985.
