Fisher Property Group actively seeks to acquire hotels or hotel portfolios that meet certain performance criteria.  Marriott, Hilton, and Starwood branded properties near business centers, major employment centers, mixed use parks, universities and teaching hospitals will be considered. 

Hotels should have strong Monday –Friday occupancies / Average Daily Rate, or demonstrate occupancy or Average Daily Rate growth after renovation or re-branding.
