Operating Hotel Acquisition
Fisher Property Group, Inc. actively seeks to acquire hotels or hotel portfolios that meet certain performance criteria. Marriott, Hilton and Starwood branded properties near business centers, major employment centers, mixed use parks, universities and teaching hospitals will be considered.
Hotels should have strong Monday through Friday occupancies / Average Daily Rate or demonstrate occupancy or Average Daily Rate growth after renovation or re-branding.
