Submit A Site

Fisher Property Group’s new site acquisition requirements are high barrier to entry locations in larger population centers.  Ideal locations include close proximity to large business parks, major employment centers, mixed use commercial developments, universities, and teaching hospitals.

Fisher Property Group will also consider sites in larger secondary cities that are underserved or experiencing business center growth or have a major employer locating to the area. 

Site requirements are generally 2 – 4 acres without the requirement for structured parking.  The Fisher Property group will consider unique locations that may require structured parking.

Site submittal information should include:

• Google Earth or equivalent map outlining the site
• County tax record information
• Present and future zoning
• An aerial photograph
• 1,3,5 mile employment statistics
• Market drivers
• Any proposed growth and development within 3 miles
• Competition map
